this week i want to share my love of yoga with you. this ancient practice has been a part of my life for thirteen years. though i have not practiced it steadily in that time, i keep coming back to it, and my relationship with the practice is not going away. it makes my body feel strong and capable, helps improve my posture, circulation, and aids in regulating my emotions.
one of my favourite poses is new-to me: i learned it only a couple years ago and found it so incredibly graceful and curving. it’s like the wheel, but with the balance shifted.
