HOLYCATS my friend recently turned me onto this delightful vancouver band. i can’t get enough. they’re called shimmering stars and they’re wonderfully reminiscent of early 60s rock. they are dreamy, echoey, and i want to listen to their lp while driving in the sunshine. the only hitch in my plan is that i have neither the lp or a driver’s license. NO MATTER. i will happily listen again & again on youtube until i finally crack and buy their album.
